We're seeking an accomplished luxury sales professional with a proven track record in high jewellery, fine jewellery, luxury watches or ultra-luxury retail, who thrives on cultivating meaningful relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele. You'll be confident guiding clients through highly considered purchases, presenting exceptional creations valued at £100,000, and delivering unforgettable, highly personalised experiences. What You'll Be Doing Create exceptional, bespoke experiences for an international portfolio of distinguished clients. Build, nurture and grow long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clientele, becoming their trusted advisor. Drive outstanding commercial results through proactive clienteling, networking and strategic business development. Confidently present and sell exceptional high jewellery and luxury creations, regularly managing transactions exceeding £100,000. Identify new business opportunities through referrals, personal networks and relationship-led outreach. Bring each collection to life through captivating storytelling, sharing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship and artistry. Host exclusive appointments, private viewings and VIP events that create memorable experiences and lifelong client loyalty. Partner closely with boutique leadership and CRM teams to maximise every commercial opportunity and deliver an exceptional client journey. About You You are a polished, commercially driven luxury professional who understands that exceptional client relationships are the foundation of lasting success. You'll bring: A successful background within fine jewellery, high jewellery, luxury watches or ultra-luxury retail. A proven ability to develop, retain and grow a portfolio of high-value clients. Experience managing complex sales journeys and closing significant transactions with confidence. Outstanding storytelling skills, bringing craftsmanship, heritage and exceptional creations to life. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a strategic approach to client development. A naturally confident, credible and sophisticated presence when engaging with international clientele. An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for networking, relationship building and creating new business opportunities. Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering commitment to delivering world-class service. Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin, Russian or Arabic, would be highly advantageous.
