Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion Boutique We are looking for a confident and client-focused Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate to join a premium fashion boutique environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high standard of luxury customer service, creating a warm, welcoming and personalised in-store experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive clienteling, repeat visits and tailored follow-up. Provide styling advice, outfit building and product recommendations aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal collections. Support walk-in clients as well as booked appointments, ensuring every client receives an elevated experience. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance and KPIs. Maintain excellent product knowledge across all categories, including ready-to-wear, accessories and seasonal key pieces. Support visual merchandising, shopfloor recovery and daily store standards to ensure a premium presentation at all times. Assist with stockroom operations, deliveries, replenishment and general back-of-house organisation. Confidently operate tills, process transactions and support admin tasks accurately and professionally. Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver seamless service and a strong brand image. For Senior Sales Associate level: act as a key point of support on the shopfloor, mentor newer team members and help lead by example in service and sales behaviours. About You Previous experience in premium or luxury fashion retail is highly desirable. Strong communicator with a genuine passion for people, service and style. Commercially minded, confident on the shopfloor and motivated by targets and results. Able to work flexibly across weekends and evenings as required.
