The Role

As Business Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a refined and serene flagship space, combining premium beauty retail with treatment services. You’ll lead a high-performing team of beauty experts and therapists, drive sales through clienteling and events, and ensure every guest receives a personalised, luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client service and meet commercial goals
  • Curate and execute in-store events and partnerships with neighbouring luxury businesses
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation, product knowledge, and wellbeing protocols
