Beauty Counter Manager – Luxury Skincare & Fragrance

About the Role
As Beauty Counter Manager, you’ll take ownership of a beautiful, boutique-style counter and elevate the customer journey from the moment a client approaches. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor—delivering skin consultations, sharing product expertise, and creating memorable luxury experiences. Alongside people leadership, you’ll be responsible for daily operations, stock care, KPI delivery, and maintaining an immaculate counter environment that reflects the brand’s artistry and heritage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver world-class customer service and achieve strong commercial results
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met
- Deliver personalised skincare and fragrance consultations with authority, passion, and genuine care
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, appointment setting, sampling strategies, and CRM activity
- Oversee all operational standards including stock management, replenishment, grooming, hygiene, and visual standards
- Plan and execute beauty events, masterclasses, and traffic-driving activities within the store
- Manage rotas, performance reviews, coaching sessions, and ongoing brand training for team members
- Partner with the department store team to maximise footfall, visibility, and sales opportunities
About You
- Experienced in beauty retail or luxury skincare, ideally within a leadership or senior consultant role
- A confident, polished communicator with a passion for high-touch client service
- Results-driven, strategic, and able to motivate others in a fast-paced department store setting
- Strong knowledge of skincare, active ingredients, and personalised beauty routines
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease
- A natural mentor who builds strong team morale and creates a positive, inspiring culture
