The Role

As Store Director, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a refined and serene flagship space, combining premium beauty retail with treatment services. You’ll lead a high‑performing team of beauty experts and therapists, drive sales through clienteling and events, and ensure every guest receives a personalised, luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client service and meet commercial goals
• Curate and execute in‑store events and partnerships with neighbouring luxury businesses
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, product knowledge, and wellbeing protocols
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, stock management, reporting, and performance reviews
• Build strong, lasting client relationships with both local and international clientele

What We’re Looking For

• A commercially driven leader from a luxury beauty or spa environment
• Exceptional team management and coaching skills
• Strong business acumen with a passion for client experience
• Confident in skincare, wellness, and personalised selling
• Available for a short‑term international training immersion (travel required)
