About the Role

As the Counter Manager for this premium beauty brand’s UK launch, you’ll be the heartbeat of the counter — building a space that feels more like a creative studio than a traditional retail environment. From guiding your team to mastering masterclasses with the founder herself, you’ll help shape the brand’s story from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of passionate artists, encouraging individuality, warmth, and excellence
• Deliver personalised service that champions self-expression and makes every client feel truly seen
• Drive sales and loyalty through storytelling, artistry, and exceptional service
• Partner closely with education, marketing, and operations teams to bring activations to life
• Maintain a visually stunning, well-run counter that reflects the creative ethos of the brand
