• Build strong relationships with clients through thoughtful consultations, artistry expertise, and tailored product recommendations.
• Drive sales performance through storytelling, product education, and confident cross‑selling.
• Maintain an exceptional standard of artistry and hygiene at all times, ensuring the counter remains visually immaculate and inviting.
• Support in hosting events, masterclasses, and brand activations to engage both new and existing clients.
• Act as a role model within the team by demonstrating best‑in‑class artistry, service standards, and brand storytelling.
• Support team training and development by sharing techniques, artistry knowledge, and product expertise.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive client‑eling, follow‑ups, and personalised service.
• Ensure strong knowledge of product collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy to confidently guide clients.
• Collaborate with the wider retail team to maximise footfall engagement and drive commercial results.
