The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a distinctive international luxury lifestyle brand known for its vibrant aesthetic, premium craftsmanship and strong connection to travel and resort culture.

We are looking for an engaging and commercially driven Sales Associate to join the brand's London boutique.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients, delivering highly personalised service and working within an energetic, entrepreneurial retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience from initial welcome through to purchase and aftercare.
  • Build strong relationships with local, international and high-net-worth clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively develop a client book through CRM, follow-ups, outreach and ongoing relationship management.
  • Confidently style clients across the collection, offering considered recommendations and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Develop an excellent understanding of the brand, collections, product features and seasonal stories to deliver engaging product storytelling.
  • Work towards individual and store sales targets, contributing to KPIs including ATV, UPT and conversion.
  • Support the wider team in creating a welcoming, energetic and commercially focused boutique environment.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Support stock management, replenishment, deliveries and general boutique operations.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and remain up to date with new collections and launches.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, reflecting the brand's identity and service standards at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience within premium or luxury fashion retail is highly desirable.
  • A strong salesperson who is confident working towards individual and team targets.
  • Naturally client-focused, with the ability to build genuine long-term relationships rather than focusing solely on transactional selling.
  • Confident styling clients and providing personalised product recommendations.
  • Comfortable using CRM and clienteling to generate repeat business.
  • Energetic, personable and proactive with a strong presence on the shop floor.
  • Commercially aware and motivated by achieving results.
  • A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable taking individual ownership of performance.
  • Flexible to work across weekends and peak trading periods.
