Elite are partnering with a beautiful luxury RTW brand, seeking a Quality Manager to join their Production team on a 12 month maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the Production Director, you will oversee quality standards across the full product lifecycle, ensuring supplier compliance, product integrity, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. You will also support sustainability and certification initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality across development, production, and post-production
- Conduct material analysis, testing, and risk assessments
- Oversee supplier onboarding, audits, and performance
- Monitor inspections, product quality, and returns
- Handle non-conformities and lead corrective actions
- Define and track quality KPIs; deliver regular reports
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and maintain supplier standards
- Lead digital product compliance initiatives (e.g. traceability systems)
- Oversee labelling (care labels and disclaimers)
- Support CSR strategy and sustainability certification processes
Profile
- 5+ years in quality management within luxury fashion/RTW
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Collaborative with good interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel; PLM knowledge a plus
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
