About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Part-Time Sales Associate (24 hours) to join our luxury concession within one of London's most prestigious department stores.
This role is perfect for someone with an outgoing personality who loves engaging with customers and isn't afraid to make the first move.
We're looking for someone who brings energy to every shift, enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury environment and can confidently build relationships that convert into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding luxury customer service and styling advice.
- Proactively approach and engage customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional clientelling.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets.
- Develop expert product knowledge to confidently recommend collections.
- Maintain impeccable concession standards including merchandising and replenishment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support stock management, deliveries and inventory control.
- Assist with in-store events, product launches and VIP appointments.
- Work collaboratively to create an energetic and welcoming shopping environment.
