The Opportunity
We are partnering with a highly respected contemporary luxury fashion brand to recruit a Supervisor for one of its key outlet locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader to join a fast-paced environment where exceptional service, strong operational standards and consistent sales performance are equally important. The boutique attracts a diverse customer base, including loyal brand followers, international visitors and high-volume outlet shoppers, creating a dynamic and rewarding retail environment.
As Supervisor, you will support the management team in leading the boutique, driving sales performance and ensuring every customer receives an elevated and personalised shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the boutique and lead the team in the absence of management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a role model for luxury selling standards.
- Drive sales performance through styling expertise, product knowledge and proactive customer engagement.
- Support the achievement of store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and client development.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective clienteling.
- Coach and motivate the team to maximise performance and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Assist with daily briefings, floor management and team organisation.
- Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Support stock management, deliveries, replenishment and inventory processes.
- Ensure operational procedures and brand standards are consistently executed.
About You
- Experience in a Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor or Team Leader role within premium, luxury or contemporary fashion retail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for driving results.
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Hands-on, adaptable and willing to support all areas of the business when required.
