An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Menswear Specialist to join an internationally renowned luxury fashion house, recognised for its exceptional craftsmanship, refined tailoring and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
This role is ideal for a highly knowledgeable luxury sales professional with a passion for fine tailoring, premium ready-to-wear and personalised styling. You will play a key role in creating long-term relationships with an international clientele while delivering an elevated, consultative shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience, offering expert styling advice across ready-to-wear, tailoring, footwear and accessories.
- Build and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive clientelling, appointments and consistent follow-up.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's wardrobe, lifestyle and preferences to provide personalised recommendations.
- Drive individual sales performance while contributing to overall boutique targets and commercial objectives.
- Confidently advise clients on garment fit, fabrications, styling combinations and tailoring solutions.
- Support Made-to-Measure appointments where appropriate, working closely with specialist colleagues to deliver a seamless experience.
- Maintain expert knowledge of seasonal collections, craftsmanship, fabrics and brand heritage.
- Identify opportunities to maximise every sale through complete wardrobe building and cross‑selling.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented, maintaining luxury visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Support stock management, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Handle after-sales enquiries professionally, ensuring every client receives an exceptional end-to-end experience.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence and impeccable personal presentation.
About You
- Previous experience within luxury menswear, premium tailoring or luxury ready-to-wear.
- Strong understanding of luxury client service and relationship management.
- Passion for tailoring, craftsmanship and luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent styling ability with confidence dressing discerning clients.
- Strong clientelling skills with experience developing repeat business.
- Highly polished communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify sales opportunities naturally.
- Professional, well‑presented and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Additional languages would be advantageous but are not essential.
