An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supervisor to join a contemporary luxury fashion brand renowned for its premium craftsmanship, vibrant collections and exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will lead by example on the shop floor, supporting the management team to drive commercial performance, inspire the team and deliver an elevated client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team by example, delivering exceptional luxury service and acting as a role model in all aspects of client experience.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the boutique.
- Motivate, coach and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local and international clientele through proactive clientelling.
- Drive sales performance by identifying commercial opportunities and maximising every customer interaction.
- Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock management and compliance.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of new team members.
- Monitor store performance throughout the day and communicate priorities to the team.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally while maintaining the highest level of service.
- Work collaboratively with the wider business to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You
- Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Sales or Team Leader position within premium or luxury retail.
- Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering world‑class customer service.
- Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire a team.
- Confident building lasting relationships with high‑value clients and driving repeat business.
