The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll do far more than sell — you’ll curate personalised experiences, share styling inspiration, and help clients discover pieces that make them feel confident and effortlessly elegant.
You’ll build meaningful relationships, deliver impeccable service, and contribute to the ongoing commercial success of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to every client, creating a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Share product knowledge and styling expertise, bringing the collection’s story to life.
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow‑ups, personalised outreach, and tailored recommendations.
