About the Opportunity
We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Client Advisor to join a vibrant premium fashion brand in one of Central London's most sought-after shopping destinations.

The Role
As a Client Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional in-store experience from the moment each customer walks through the door. You'll combine styling expertise with genuine relationship building, helping clients discover products that suit their lifestyle while consistently achieving commercial goals.
Working within a close-knit team, you'll contribute to the boutique's success through outstanding service, strong product knowledge and a proactive approach to every aspect of daily trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalised and memorable client experience from welcome through to purchase.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and genuine clienteling.
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual and boutique sales targets, including KPI performance such as ATV, UPT and conversion.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with new collections and seasonal launches.
- Support CRM initiatives by capturing customer information and nurturing repeat business.
- Ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standards through excellent visual merchandising and housekeeping.
- Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock organisation and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a positive, energetic and supportive working environment.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and passion at all times.
About You
- Previous experience within premium or luxury fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Naturally engaging, personable and confident when building relationships with clients.
- Commercially aware with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
- Strong styling ability and an eye for fashion trends.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Well presented with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible to work weekends and varying retail hours.
