We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Associate to join a prestigious High Jewellery Maison located within one of London’s most iconic luxury retail destinations. This is a client-facing role at the heart of a world-class jewellery environment, where heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary design converge to create a truly elevated client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service through in-depth client needs analysis and tailored product recommendations.
  • Confidently present and sell high jewellery collections through storytelling that highlights craftsmanship, heritage, and design identity.
  • Drive strong sales performance through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive client engagement.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, consistently delivering a refined and ceremonial client experience.

Client Development & CRM

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and meaningful follow-up.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to track client preferences, behaviours, and key milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the boutique’s reach within the luxury market.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and clienteling excellence.

Retail Operations

  • Support daily boutique operations including VM standards, stock management, and POS processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with brand guidelines, security procedures, and operational excellence standards.
  • Contribute to wider store initiatives and team collaboration across departments.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewellery or high-end fashion.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a client-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth and international clients.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and advanced clienteling techniques.
  • Commercially minded, resilient, and highly collaborative.
  • Professional, discreet, and adaptable within a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Additional languages are highly advantageous.
