We are seeking a commercially driven and people-focused Boutique Manager to lead a high-profile flagship boutique in Central London. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a refined, design-led retail environment, driving both commercial performance and an elevated client experience. This role requires a leader who thrives on the shop floor, is deeply engaged in client relationships, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall performance of the boutique, delivering against sales, KPI and profitability targets.
  • Drive a strong commercial culture, using data and insight to inform decisions around product, staffing, and trading opportunities.
  • Own and elevate the CRM strategy, ensuring consistent client outreach, retention, and long-term relationship building.
  • Actively build and maintain a high-value client portfolio, leading by example in clientelling and personal styling.
  • Analyse store performance (ATV, UPT, conversion, CRM capture) and implement clear action plans to optimise results.
  • Lead daily briefings, setting clear objectives and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and results.
  • Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and growth.
  • Coach the team on client experience, styling, storytelling and service excellence.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards across visual merchandising, operations, and presentation.
  • Identify and execute local business development opportunities, including events, partnerships and community engagement.
  • Oversee all operational aspects including stock management, compliance, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager / Boutique Manager within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving sales growth and KPI performance.
  • Demonstrable success in CRM strategy and clientelling, with the ability to build and retain a loyal client base.
  • A natural leader with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Highly present on the shop floor, leading from the front with energy and credibility.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decisions and actions.
  • Passion for styling, product, and delivering a personalised, elevated client experience.
  • Experience within a flagship or high-profile boutique environment is highly advantageous.
