We are partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion house to appoint a Store Manager for its Ashford outlet boutique. This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-profile location, requiring a commercially astute and service-driven manager who understands how to balance outlet performance with true luxury standards.
The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you will act as the custodian of the brand within the outlet environment. You will be responsible for driving performance, cultivating an exceptional team culture, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship and elevated service ethos. This role requires a leader who thrives on the shop floor — visible, inspirational and commercially decisive.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning full P&L responsibility, driving turnover through strategic analysis of KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT and CRM performance
- Leading from the front to deliver a refined, personalised client experience that exceeds expectations
- Building and nurturing a high-performing team through structured coaching, development plans and succession planning
- Embedding a strong clienteling culture, ensuring proactive outreach, appointment setting and long-term relationship building
