We are looking for a Business Development Intern to work side by side with our founders (Ghali & Houcine) across the entire commercial journey, from sourcing and qualifying leads to booking calls and supporting conversions.
WHO ARE WE?
Elite Admissions is an international education consultancy supporting students applying to top Masterβs and MBA programs in the US and Europe. We work closely with clients on strategy, positioning, and execution, and we operate as a remote-first team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage an outbound pipeline (primarily LinkedIn; other channels when relevant).
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects (timing, budget, program fit).
- Schedule and coordinate calls (Google Meet) and ensure smooth handoff to the team.
- Run follow-ups and keep prospects moving through the process.
- Maintain accurate tracking (CRM/tracker), and share weekly activity + results.
- Improve outreach scripts and document what works (messaging, sequencing, targeting).
- Optional (based on skills): support delivery work such as mock interviews, SOP/essay reviews, CV feedback, and structured checklists.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and spoken English. French is a plus.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and direct conversations with prospects.
- Reliable follow-up habits and clear written communication.
- Comfortable working with performance targets (activity + outcomes).
- Able to work independently in a remote setup and stay consistent week to week.
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience in sales, recruiting, partnerships, campus leadership, or community building.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and basic pipeline management.
- Interest in startups, consulting, sales, education, or career services.
