TURNING PROGRAMMER & SETTER We are recruiting for a long-established precision engineering company with over 20 years’ experience supplying high-quality components and assemblies, who are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Setter & Operator to join them on a permanent basis. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking someone who can confidently programme, set and operate CNC lathes. Fanuc control experience is essential. You will need to be able to work from engineering drawings and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and solve problems proactively ABOUT YOU • Strong experience setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC turners – essential • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Solid background in manufacturing • Practical problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation • Hands-on, proactive attitude with strong team spirit • Ability to work independently and under pressure • GCSEs or equivalent – preferred but not essential SCHEDULE • Monday to Thursday day shift • 37 hours per week • Overtime available on selected Fridays BENEFITS • Free on-site parking • 190 hours’ annual leave • Company bonus scheme
