We are recruiting on behalf ofour client, an experienced Internal Account Manager to join their Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in internal sales , account management , or customer service within the engineering , manufacturing , or metal distribution sectors.
The Role- Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Liaise with purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Deliver excellent customer service from enquiry through to delivery.
- Experience as an Internal Account Manager , Internal Sales Executive , Sales Coordinator , or Customer Account Manager .
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Organised, commercially minded and customer focused.
- Engineering, manufacturing, metals or industrial distribution experience is advantageous.
- £35,000 £40,000 salary plus potential annual bonus
- Permanent, full-time position.
