This is an
80% management / 20% sales
role, focused on coaching, developing and motivating the team while maintaining relationships with key customers through regular site visits. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the sales team. Create and implement an effective sales strategy. Set KPIs and monitor team performance. Identify training and development opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key customers. Support business growth and continuous improvement. Recruit and develop future team members. About You
Proven Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader experience. Strong coaching and people development skills. Experience implementing successful sales plans. Commercially minded with excellent communication skills. Engineering, manufacturing or industrial sales experience is desirable. What's on Offer?
