Elisa Industriq UK (formerly sedApta UK) is looking for talented and motivated graduates to join our London team as Graduate Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, or candidates at the early stages of their careers, to join an international organisation and develop expertise in supply chain and manufacturing consulting. You will work on real projects from day one, supporting leading manufacturing clients in the implementation of advanced digital solutions. We provide a structured learning path, hands‑on experience, and continuous mentoring in a collaborative and supportive environment designed to help you grow professionally. The role is primarily office‑based in London, with travel to client sites required only when necessary.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Module Configuration: Configure and customise Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing Operations Management modules in line with client requirements.
  • Functional Analysis: Support the preparation of Functional Analysis documentation and implementation specifications.
  • Systems Integration: Assist in managing data integration between our solutions and clients’ ERP systems.
  • AI Model Optimisation: Support the training and fine‑tuning of AI‑driven solutions based on client data and processes.
  • Testing & Validation: Contribute to testing activities to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.
  • Training & Support: Help prepare training materials and support clients during solution rollout.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, databases, or web applications.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive and team‑oriented approach.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on project needs.
  • Nice to Have: Academic or internship experience related to supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
