We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the UK-wide deployment of a cage tracking solution. This is a high-impact digital transformation project designed to improve visibility, operational efficiency and customer service across multiple sites nationwide.
Working closely with IT, Operations and Service teams, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, driving adoption of new processes, ensuring delivery against milestones and embedding new ways of working across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a nationally significant transformation initiative with real operational impact.
Your Mission at Elis
- Lead the national rollout of the cage tracking deployment across multiple UK sites
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery and adoption
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Operations and Service teams
- Drive process change, operational adoption, and reporting usage
- Track project performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across internal stakeholders
- Use data and reporting to monitor performance and support decision-making
- Proactively identify issues and adapt plans to ensure successful delivery
