We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Advisor to join our Inchinnan site. This role is a fixed term role for 6 months and the working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a rotational weekend. We are looking for someone whose organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

Your Mission at Elis:

  • Managing and following up on customer queries and questions.
  • Supporting on an internal service inbox.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
  • Uploading information into Customer Portals.
  • Co-ordination and support for Account Managers.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
  • Reactive renegotiation of accounts.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Customer and solution focused.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
