Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

Are you passionate about people and process? We are seeking a proactive Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle and oversee all onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new starters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising vacancies to supporting managers with interviews and liaising with agencies.
  • Oversee all onboarding tasks, including issuing contracts, updating HR systems, and ensuring new starters have the support and documentation they need.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce management data to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and regional operations to understand recruitment needs and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and provide stakeholders with the tools and support required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding State of recruitment and onboarding best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, with great attention tohib and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum.
