Elis provides a complete textile rental and laundry service to businesses across Europe, supporting industries such as hospitality, healthcare, workwear, and facilities. Our services include clothing, chef wear, entrance mats, mops, bed and bath linen, and hygiene equipment. We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our team for the PM shift at our Cookstown site.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor machine and operator performance against set targets, addressing any issues with staff or maintenance
- Ensure a steady supply of product to all production lines for efficient operation
- Record hourly output figures and other machine data accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch, distribution, and in-check departments to schedule and plan workloads
- Promote health and safety by identifying and reporting safety observations and near misses
