As a Maintenance Engineer at Elis, you will keep site operations moving by performing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance to maximise reliability and minimise downtime across site machinery and infrastructure
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, identify root causes and implement safe repairs
- Maintain assets and site infrastructure to high standards for efficient operation
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency and overall site performance
- Build strong relationships with Production and other site teams, communicating effectively on issues
- Ensure activities comply with Health & Safety requirements and relevant standards
- Complete inspections, PPM records and engineering documentation using the CMMS system
- Contribute to equipment upgrades, remedial works and wider engineering projects
- Key requirements
- Around 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, production or process-driven environments
- Multi-skilled with practical mechanical and electrical capabilities
- Experience with electrical circuits, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Logical fault-finding and ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to make decisions in operational settings
