As a Local Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Local Sales Consultants across your region. You’ll play a key role in driving new business growth, ensuring Elis becomes the preferred provider of Workwear, Washroom, and Mat services for local businesses. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing your team, and creating a high-performance culture that consistently delivers results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate your sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual financial objectives set by the Regional Director
  • Ensure your team conducts effective market research to understand local customer needs
  • Maintain close communication with your team to monitor activity and adapt strategy when required
  • Support your team in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Foster collaboration across the wider commercial function to drive business growth
  • Ensure effective planning and proactive prospecting to maximise productivity
  • Develop your team’s ability to understand customer needs and close sales successfully
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Elis’ products, features, and benefits

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple locations
