Elis UK, the hospitality laundry and linen specialist, seeks a hands-on Operations Leader at Kendal to drive daily hospitality processing center performance. You will lead the production team to meet tight KPIs and ensure on-time delivery of linens, towels, and uniforms from a fast-paced site.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will implement LEAN/Six Sigma improvements, leverage RFID and stock management tools, and maintain ISO and safety standards across a high-volume operation.
