About a career with Elis. We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially astute Framework Manager to join our dynamic national operations team. This is a pivotal hybrid role, focusing on the management, development, and optimisation of national framework agreements across various sectors. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving operational excellence and ensuring the continued growth and success of our framework portfolio.

Your focus will be on New Business Hunting, generating multiple agreements, and growing a portfolio of existing key accounts.

Your Mission at Elis as our Framework Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the management, integration, and optimisation of national framework agreements to ensure contractual compliance and service excellence.
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within framework providers, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term success.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and support, to ensure that frameworks are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement within the framework portfolio.
  • Representing the business at senior levels with key external stakeholders and at sector-specific events.
  • Leading the full lifecycle of framework management, from securing new agreements to ensuring ongoing success and expansion within existing frameworks.
  • Ensuring operational teams meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of delivery across frameworks.
  • Driving cost-effective solutions and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within framework agreements.
  • Analysing performance data and customer feedback to implement improvements and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and sustainable solutions that align with strategic business goals.
  • Delivering accurate reporting, including monthly performance reviews and forecasts on framework developments.
  • Overseeing the mobilisation of new national frameworks, ensuring seamless implementation and a proactive approach to account development.
