About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Assistant to join our Fakenham site. This role is Full time working 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone whose organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.
Your Mission at Elis:
- Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
- Supporting on an internal service inbox.
- Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
- Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
- Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
- Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
- Reactive renegotiation of accounts.

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Including Advanced Excel Skills.
