About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will provide an excellent customer care experience in meetings with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers for contract management.
  • Supporting on an internal service inbox and dealing with customer and internal enquiries.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and completing KPI information for Key Account Managers.
  • Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
  • Uploading information into customer portals.
  • Coordinating and supporting Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
  • Supporting other teams on annual leave.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or relevant experience.
  • Internal training on ELIS services, systems and platforms (to be provided).
  • Service or sales-based experience.
