Elis UK is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to support sites across the North region from Chorley. You will advise on absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, coach managers, and ensure HR policies are applied consistently in a fast-paced, multi-site operation.
Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, you will drive workforce capability, deliver HR health checks, support recruitment, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvements across the region, with travel required.
