Responsibilities

    • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your region
    • Developing strategic sales plans to grow revenue and profitability

    • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Regional Sales Consultants

    • Supporting your team through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development
  • Delivering Commercial Success
    • Negotiating and securing profitable long‑term agreements
    • Monitoring sales performance, market activity, and customer trends
    • Using data and insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
    • Delivering reports and updates to senior leadership on regional performance and growth opportunities

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Experience leading and motivating geographically dispersed teams
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • The confidence to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience managing large or strategic customer accounts
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a real hunger to succeed
