Elis UK is expanding its internal recruitment function from Basingstoke, seeking a Recruitment Partner.

You will design sourcing strategies, partner with managers, and build talent pipelines using direct sourcing, headhunting and referrals.

You will engage with managers to understand vacancies, advise on market conditions and lead campaigns end-to-end, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while influencing hiring decisions.
