Elis Basingstoke is our head office site, and we have a great opportunity for you to join our payroll team as a Payroll Administrator. This position will be part of a team of three administrators, paying over 4000 weekly paid employees in over 30 branches. Responsibilities
- We are looking for someone who is hardworking, flexible, and has a good sense of humour.
- You must have payroll experience, ideally using our current payroll system Zellis, and have good administrative skills.
- You should be confident in handling queries and be able to build rapport with site administrators.
Qualifications
- Relevant payroll experience is essential for this role (PAYE, NI, SMP, SSP etc).
- Experience of running payrolls for multiple sites across multiple geographical locations.
- A strong understanding of, and passion for, delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
