We’re looking for a graduate to become a motivated Team Leader to join our high-performing production team at Reading. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front — managing your team, hitting production targets, and upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. You will also need to have analytical experience and be used to using Excel. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow within Elis and we are able to provide a clear progression pathway for the right candidate.
Shift: Monday to Friday
Your Mission at Elis:
- Lead and develop a team of Laundry Operatives in your section
- Track performance and productivity, and motivate your team to exceed targets
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with Health & Safety and EN14065 standards
- Monitor machinery, report faults, and carry out first-line maintenance
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communicate with management
- Support recruitment and onboarding for new staff
- Drive continuous improvement and team engagement through SMART objectives
