- Proven experience in production, supply chain or service management, ideally in a regulated or process-driven industry.
- Strong people leadership skills – able to motivate, coach and inspire high-performing teams.
- Commercial and financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and strong analytical skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Desirable: experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and NEBOSH certification.
Your Mission at Elis
- Lead and develop production and engineering teams to deliver on-time, high-quality service to our customers.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency through Lean principles and the Elis Production Essentials.
- Ensure compliance with all Health Safety and regulatory standards.
- Take responsibility for site performance, resource planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Work closely with the General Manager, deputising when required, and contributing to long-term strategy.
- Champion a “One Team” culture across functions including engineering, service, textile and logistics.
