About a career with Elis. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Co-ordinator to join the site leadership team at Elis. This is a key HR-focused role at the heart of the operation, supporting managers and employees across the full people lifecycle and helping to create a positive, well-run and compliant workplace. Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you will provide hands-on HR support across the site. Alongside this, you will also complete other administration, helping to keep records up to date and support compliance activity. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in HR or people administration who enjoys variety, takes pride in good systems and standards, and brings energy, professionalism and the right attitude — we can train the rest.
