We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Cleanroom division. This is a key role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers, delivering exceptional service, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll act as the voice of the customer internally, building strong relationships while driving retention, growth, and continuous improvement across your accounts.

- IT literate, including Microsoft Office
- Cleanroom / Technical knowledge (desirable)
- Understanding of cleanroom environments, including ISO standards and contamination control
- Knowledge of cleanroom products (e.g. garments, gloves, goggles, mops)
- Awareness of sterilisation processes such as irradiation and autoclaving
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or biotech quality standards
- Experience Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or service management
- Experience selling technical or service-based solutions with ongoing customer support
- Strong track record of delivering growth and customer retention
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives is advantageous
- Driving Licence essential
Your Tasks
- Serve as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service
- Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and future requirements
- Drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and support new business development
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including retention, sales growth, and customer acquisition
- Analyse customer data, trends, complaints, and lost business to implement improvements
- Manage and negotiate customer service agreements and commercial terms, including pricing and renewals
- Address customer issues such as service concerns and outstanding debt in a professional and solution-focused manner
- Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and escalate where appropriate
- Ensure annual growth targets for your portfolio are achieved
