Eliot is seeking a dedicated Clinical Program Manager to join our Brain Injury (BI) division. Our Brain Injury programs provide high-quality, innovative programming to help adults with brain injuries enhance their lives, develop personal skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations of a residential program providing case management, staff supervision and care coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working with individuals with brain injuries or cognitive impairments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and service delivery of the residential program
- Coordinate case management services including benefits, appointments, and access to resources
- Promote recovery-focused care by empowering consumers and modeling professional behavior
- Provide supervision, guidance, and training to staff in implementing effective interventions
- Collaborate on treatment planning to ensure consumer-centered, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented care appropriate services while ensuring safety and mandated reporting compliance
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor\’s degree in Psychology or related field
- 5 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Valid Massachusetts Driver\’s License
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
Annual Salary
$65,000 – $65,000 USD
