Overview
Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a highly qualified and experienced CBHC Director of Youth & Family Innovation and Integration to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional community-based mental health services. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctoral or Master’s Degree in psychology, psychiatry, social work, psychiatric nursing, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a mental health agency, including three years in an administrative and supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Identify community linkages and partnerships within each region and local service area.
- Work with Agency staff to identify service needs and potential resources.
- Create and implement strategies for external alliances and partnerships.
- Utilize data and stakeholder engagement for planning and implementation.
- Develop formal collaborative partnerships for referral, service linkage, and coordination of care.
- Serve as spokesperson and liaison to resources and other related parties.
- Develop staff and growth opportunities, including leveraging internal resources to increase integrated care, payment streams, and develop services that attract new payors.
- Provide administrative and clinical support to community-based services as needed.
- Work with program management regarding grant funding opportunities, assist with setup and contracting, and participate in writing grants or RFRs.
Qualifications
Requires a Doctoral or Master’s Degree in psychology, psychiatry, social work, psychiatric nursing, or related field. Must be licensed at the highest level of qualifications for the discipline, with at least five years’ experience in a mental health agency, including three years of administrative responsibilities and clinical supervision. Knowledge of CBHC, CBHI, DCF, DYS, DMH, DPH, EEC, Children’s Trust, and MCE policies, with the ability to implement policies systemically. Commitment to community-based services and Wraparound principles. Proven ability to oversee/manage a multidisciplinary clinical team and to design/operate programs based on community needs. Strong management and leadership skills, computer literacy, and the ability to meet background and credentialing requirements. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
