We provide in-house training, including First Aid & CPR, and will provide you with the skills to make a difference in people\’s lives!

Responsibilities:

• Provide side by side interventions to Persons that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement.
• Assist the team and Persons in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
• Participate in the development of treatment plans.
• Support Persons in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals.
• Support the pursuit of services that are culturally competent, strengths based, recovery based, focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of Person preferences, accessing community resources that support these healthy areas.
• Provide assistance to Persons related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, appointments.

Requirements:

• Valid driver\’s license.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Ideally prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness.

SCHEDULES:

• BHS-Sunday-Thursday 1pm-9pm.
• BHS-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday 3pm-11pm.
• BHS – Friday 11pm-9am; Saturday-Sunday 9pm-9am (x2).

PAY: $20 p/hour
OT over 40 hours worked: $30 p/hour
