Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide comprehensive clinical supervision and oversight of service delivery for Respite clients. Eliot’s Respite program is a short term restorative service that assists adults with mental illness in obtaining and maintaining community living.
In the role of a Clinical Supervisor you will help guide the services and clinical care of the clients utilizing evidence based practices that align with the preferences and needs of the client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Respite service delivery, including staff guidance, intervention modeling, and adherence to culturally competent, strength‑based practices
- Complete intakes, assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admission.
- Oversee development and implementation of Individualized Action Plans that are consumer‑centered, recovery‑focused, and aligned with clinical best practices
- Deliver direct clinical interventions and facilitate therapeutic and skills‑based groups using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment
- Support staff development through training, supervision, and clinical leadership while serving as on‑call clinical backup for crisis situations and consumer care needs
Qualifications:
- Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
- At least four years experience working adults experiencing severe mental illness
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
$50,000 – $55,000 USD
