How you’ll make an impact:
- As a Catering Supervisor, proactively supervise catering teams on site as well as recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.
- Create a positive, welcoming dining experience for our students to enjoy fresh, nutritious meals.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the catering operation and service.
- Guide, encourage and develop your team, helping to deliver a high quality and efficient operation.
- Get hands-on with the food preparation, ensuring meals are consistently delivered to a great standard.
- Help manage stock, deliveries, and kitchen organisation.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 35 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
