What you’ll be doing… As the Cleaning Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across designated sites or facilities. You’ll manage cleaning teams, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain service excellence through effective planning, supervision, and communication. Lead and manage cleaning staff, including recruitment, training, rotas, and performance Ensure all cleaning services meet contractual, hygiene, and quality standards Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high service levels Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed Monitor compliance with health and safety, COSHH, and other relevant regulations Liaise with clients, facilities teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and implement improvements Keep accurate records of staff attendance, training, and site reports Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery Working pattern: Monday to Friday, some weekend working required - 8am - 4:30pm Job ID: 7014 What can you bring?
