You will lead a team to deliver operational excellence, meet financial targets, and ensure high standards of quality and customer service. Manage daily operations of the unit to achieve business objectives and KPIs Lead, motivate, and develop a team to ensure productivity and engagement Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue generation Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards Develop and implement operational plans, processes, and improvements Address and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and staff queries promptly Collaborate with other departments and senior management to support overall business goals Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to unit activities Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery The ingredients you'll bring...
