As Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation, ensuring services run efficiently while inspiring your team to achieve their best.
Leading, motivating and supporting team members to consistently deliver outstanding service.
Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, café and patient feeding services.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety.
Managing team rotas and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet service needs.
Building a positive team culture through coaching, training and ongoing development.
Responding professionally to customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer and patient experience.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and healthcare standards.
Working closely with management to achieve operational and service excellence goals.
