Job Description

  • Daily management of the kitchen team, supporting the team with the day's mise en place.
  • Ensuring a smooth service of food served to clients.
  • Ensuring the full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented, and stocked at all times.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
  • Being responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Handling complaints professionally and in line with procedures.
  • Adhering to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, and reporting incidents accordingly.
  • Supporting the catering team and services with ad-hoc duties.
